C&Z Flooring provides laminate and Pergo flooring installation, repair, and related services to residential customers in the southwest Chicago suburbs. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website or during consultations are:

• Non-binding until a formal written agreement is signed
• Valid for 30 days from the date provided
• Subject to change based on actual site conditions
• Based on information provided by the customer

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• A deposit may be required to secure your installation date

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before materials are ordered
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Financing options may be available for qualifying customers

Warranty

C&Z Flooring stands behind our workmanship. Installation work is covered by our workmanship warranty. Flooring materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project
• Clear the work area of furniture and personal belongings before installation
• Ensure access to the work area during scheduled times
• Disclose any known issues with subfloor or existing flooring
• Maintain appropriate climate conditions during and after installation

Limitation of Liability

C&Z Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
